Genesys 2 - traces for GTX/gerber files

Hi all,

Is the gerber file for the Genesys 2 board available to the public?

Or can you tell me location of traces between FPGA/FMC? I see eight traces with meandres, are the traces for GTX?

The gerber file for the Genesys 2 is not generally available to the public, but I have asked the appropriate person at Digilent about the traces in question.

I heard back from our layout person at Digilent with regards to the traces. Here is what they told me:

All of the over 70 differential pairs and signal ended signals are routed on the top, bottom and 3 internal signal layers.  They are physically routed between the FPGA and FMC connector.

I assume you are referring to the 15 differential pairs routed on the top copper layer.  The majority of the those pairs are routed to the J1E schematic symbol (sheet 3 of the public schematic).
