The best bet you have at this is edit previous examples to fit what your looking for. A lot of the examples are designed for the Atlys board. You can probably edit the constraints to get those examples working on the Nexys 3. I provide links to various places that have different demos. I hope his will help you in your quest. Please note that this demo was not released, so it is not "polished" should be available here.
