How to connect Pmod RS232 to Arduino industrial

Hi,

Does anyone exactly which pins on the Arduino industrial are supposed to connect to the PmodRS232 - I can't find enough information on the Arduino industrial to be sure where the TX and RX come out for this. I'm trying to just hool up the PmodRS232 directly to the J7 break-out pins on the Arduino - as at least the pwr and gnd connections seem to match, but for the RX and TX not so sure how to get to those from the Arduino ?

I haven't used the Arduino Industrial at all (nor has anybody else at Digilent), but looking at the page for it, it seems that there are some software serial pin options with pins 13, 5, and 6 for TX and 14, 15, and 16 for RX, though I am not sure how the SoftwareSerial libary would work with the Pmod RS232.
