ftdmgr_lock_interface could not be found

Hi,

I am using digilent SDK for supporting Jtag HS2. I am able to enumerate all connected device.

if we try to connect particular adapter we are getting below error

The procedure entry point ftdmgr_lock_interface could not be located in the dynamic link library dpcomm.dll.

please help us regarding this.

Hi @sreenivasarao,

I reached out to our design engineers about this forum thread. They responded that the function doesn’t get called until you try to enable a port on a device. They are not sure why you are getting that error. It seems to imply that the soft-firmware DLL’s are newer than the dpcomm DLL that windows loaded. That seems very odd to them because any soft-firmware DLL requiring that function was shipped in an installer that included a version of dpcomm that included that function. Their only suggestion is to make sure that the latest Adept Runtime is properly installed on the system.
