@Wren,

If you want to wire up a PMod to your board, you will need either 4 or 8 GPIO's per Pmod, depending on whether or not they are single row or dual row.  You'll also need connections to power and ground.  Do you have enough I/O's to work with?  If you can connect enough GPIO pins to a breadboard, Digilent does sell a right angle connector that can be used to connet to a single-row PMod.  If you take two of those, Digilent also sells a cable that you can use to connect two single row PMod connectors to a double-row PMod.

Hi @Wren,

You will need to connect the pmods to the fpga's pins. I would suggest using something like this so you can correctly connect I/O, Vdd and Ground. You will then need to either write hdl(verilog/VHDL) or use the Pmods IP cores. If you use the IP cores here then you when you add the IP cores to the block design you will need to right click on the pmod out on the IP core and select make external and then use an xdc to constrain the pins that the wrapper uses for these pins.

cheers,

Jon
