Baysys3/Vivado Design - expanding binary counter outputs

Hi

How would one expand access to all the output bits of a IP like a binary counter to be able to access the binary out with other IPs.  For kicks say you want to OR counter out bits 0 and 2.

Hi, do you mean you want to build a binary counter? Sorry, it will be great if you can specify the question.
