Digilent Chipkit Uc32 not recognized by pc

I recently purchased the chipkit UC32 from digilent to do a labview project but when I connect it to my Windows 10 laptop, it says “USB device not recognized”. In the device manager of my computer I see the error in the port under Universal Serial Bus Controllers and it has the yellow triangle error symbol next to “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)” I have tried many things to try and get it working but have failed. Please help

Hi @IsaacG,

Please download the latest version of MPIDE here. Then use the USBDriverInstaller which is located on my PC here: "C:\Users\jpeyron\Desktop\mpide-0150\drivers\chipKIT Drivers". Afterwords you should be able to use without issue in Arduino or MPIDE.
