Hi @Jay Sngh,

The FPGA on the Basys 3 is commercial grade 0 to 85 degrees Celsius.  I believe this is the most temperature sensitive component on the Basys 3. In regards to the Pmod modules most are commercial grade 0 to 85 degrees Celsius but it can vary depending on Pmod.

cheers,

Jon

Hi @Jay Sngh,

We did not test the operating temperature range for the Basys 3 boards. This is a metric we would not be able to provide. You can look at the individual components datasheets for temperature ranges to better understand the Basys 3's operating temperature range. If you are concerned about thermal damage I would suggest using a heat sink and/or a small fan.

thank you,

Jon
