Cmod A7 FT2232H

I have accidentally overwritten the EEPROM data for the FT2232H on my Cmod A7 because I had another one of these chips connected to my PC on a different board. I have searched this forum and found a few other people made the same mistake with their programmers as well. I was wondering if someone could point me to where I can get the config file or tool needed to restore the EEPROM data. Thanks!

I also have made the same mistake, accidentally modifying the FT2232H's settings of a Cmod A7 board with FT_Prog, and I was unable to find a way to recover the initial settings after that...

I have just tested your solution, and after one last step (I had to also uninstall the device from the Windows Device Manager, then disconnect and reconnect the USB cable), it works!

I have Cmod A7. The problem is exacly the same as Hansmoman. Accidentally overwritten the EEPROM data for FT2232H.
