LINX will not connect to Raspberry Pi 3

I'm trying to load LabVIEW to a Raspberry Pi 3. I've been through a ton of forums and can't figure this out. 

• Windows 10, with .NET framework v 4.7
• Raspberry Pi 3
• LabVIEW 2014 (32 bit)
• LINX 3.0

 

I've tried using both the IP address as well as the login credentials. Same problem. I've also enabled and disabled SSH hoping that would work, but to no avail. 

 

Please somebody help. I'm losing my mind.

Have you tried using putty to SSH into your RPI 3? Also what version of Raspbian are you currently using?

Thank you! I wasn't running PuTTY! That was the problem. I guess that "newbie" tag next to my name is spot on.

i also get no connection;  but tried different ways:

putty SSH is working, LINX Target Config no connection: "Device interrogation failed: Unable to connect to the target."

CMD ping is working

 

tried also after restart everything and also without putty

 

any idea ?

 

Pi SW Version: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
