jpeyron
Hi @aaq, I believe Partial reconfiguration will do what you are asking. Partial reconfiguration reconfigures select areas of an FPGA any time after its initial configuration. Unfortunately, I do not believe anyone at Digilent has any experience with this. I have reached out to my co-workers to see if they have any input. I would suggest to reach out the xilinx support here and potentially look at the work show here. cheers, Jon
jpeyron
Hi @aaq, One of my co-workers just completed a project here on the Arty-Z7(zynq) that is reprogramming the FPGA dynamically from linux. Hope this helps! cheers, Jon
