Genesys2 Reference Manual

I just now downloaded the Genesys2 reference manual in pdf form. It's dated March 20, 2017 and still isn't correct. Someone has taken the Nexys Video RM and altered it without checking the pictures. I've been complaining about this for 2 years... it's been so long since the last time that I mentioned it I can't even find the posts and replies from your staff in the forums.

So, look at Figure 7 for the Ethernet interface. Look at the schematic. Figure 7 FPGA pin locations are OK if this was a RM  for the Nexys Video board but NOT for the Genesys2. Most of the figures have the same problem. It's taken a long time to even get you to publish a pdf reference manual for the Genesys2 but one that wrong is worse than none at all.

Considering the cost for non-academic customers I expect better support for the product.

PS. My previous posts on this topic have been moved from the FPGA forum but I don't remember where to or I'd have posted to my last one...

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have escalated and are working to resolve the issues you have brought up with the Genesys 2 Reference Manual.

All of the figures in the Reference Manual (the web version, not the pdf yet) have been reviewed and replaced where needed. The text and tables of the reference manual will be reviewed over the next couple of days.

I just downloaded the August 24 2017 version of the Genesys2 Reference Manual. I haven't gone though it in detail but what I did check looks to be good. Thanks. It is convenient to refer to the manual to add an interface but not if the manual provides the wrong information.
