Relating Input Voltage to Angular Velocity

I am trying to relate input voltage to angular velocity.  So I'm trying to calculate the back emf.  In the end I'm trying to relate Voltage in to Torque out. Is there an easier way.  Also on the datasheet for DC Motor/Gearbox (1:53 Gear Ratio) the voltage constant is in mV/r/min.  Is that rad/min or rpm.  Thank you for your time.

After looking at the voltage constant on the data sheet here. r/min is Revolutions per minute or rpm. The mV/r/min relationship is voltage over speed.
