Not able to program Nexys Video board

Hi,

I am trying to program the Nexys Video board through micro USB (J12) from Vivado hardware manager.

Vivado hardware manager is not able to find my board(Please see attachment).

PC has fetched and installed cable drivers on its own when I connected the board via USB cable for the first time.

What could be the reason?

I have tried with different USB cables? Do I need to install any additional;l drivers?

Environment is Window-7 SP1 64-bit and Vivado 2017.1

Hi @Shashidhar,

When you installed Vivado did you select it to install cable drivers? Here is a Xilinx forum that talks about how to do this without a full install.  The usb cable is another typical issue. Please check the device manager under ports and universial serial bus controllers. I have attached a screen shot of what my device manager looks like with a similar fpga plugged in. When you turn the Nexys Video on does the power LED turn on as well(ld16)?  Just verifing that JP4 set to JTAG?
