Measuring a 110 VDC signal on Analogue Discovery 2

Question

Just two quick questions from a newbie.

1) Will I be able to measure on the Scope a 100VDC signal that is derived from mains?  I plan to use a 10:1 probe.  

2) Can I cause any damage by exceeding the 25V input limit on the analogue inputs?

2. The recommended maximum voltage for scope inputs of Analog Discovery (1&2) is ±25V (50V differential) and the absolute maximum is ±50V.
Exceeding the abs max could damage the device. See:

1. With 10x probe you could measure up to ±250V, but be cautions when working with high voltages. 

To see the real value, under channel options configure the applied attenuation:
