Designing a long range wireless audio video transmitter

Question

My project is to design a transmitter as mentioned in the title.
Please guide me which Digilent board (either containing ARM processor or FPGA) is suitable for processing of audio video signals so that these could be transmitted through a high dbi antenna.
Whether there is any need to implement audio and image processing algorithms or the add-on boards (like OV7670 or OV9655) are an easy solution along with any processing device?

I think the ZYBO would work for you. You can get audio input from the SSM2603 audio codec, and video from the HDMI input. The only question here is whether the board will be able to throw data out fast enough to the antenna. What is the interface to the transmitter you plan on using? This will greatly affect which platform you should use
