Unfortunately, that project will take more work than just changing the UCF. One, you would need to change the HDMI output interface to use the CH7301 device instead of just generating TMDS signals. Second, stepping back to 5 series fabric would likely require a lot of the primitive instantiations (clock resources, Memory interfaces, etc.) to be changed. All in all, it will require a bit of advanced technical work before it is running on the Genesys. I did track down an EDK project that works with the Genesys and the VmodCAM.
