My bench setup has my desk w/ PC behind me and my electronics bench in front of me, use a swiveling chair to spin around between the two (not looking to change this setup).
So I need about 15 feet of USB cable length between my PC and the AD2 device over on my bench by the time I go around the desk, down the wall, and up to the bench.
I'm getting the following message when trying just a 15' shielded USB extension cord. Looking for ideas on how I could make this work.
BTW - when I remove the extension cord and plug the AD2 right into my PC all is fine.
Powered USB hub in the middle? Active cable? Looking for tips from someone who has tried this or has a good idea on how to get it to work correctly.
