Chipkit uC32 shows 16KB dynamic RAM instead of 32KB on Arduino IDE?

Hi All,
I am using the Chipkit uC32 on the Arduino IDE environment 1.6.13 and when I compile and run a sketch it says the maximum dynamic RAM is 16,384 bytes? Why is the maximum not 32 KB? Is this a carry over from the UNO32 that wasn't changed?

Hi Ron,

Good catch, thank you for letting us know. That is a mistake in the boardfile.txt for the uc32. This should not effect you being able to use the 32k on the board. We will be contacting the chipKIT team so that it is resolved on the next update.
