JColvin Posted August 24, 2016 Author Share Posted August 24, 2016 Hello, I suppose the unorthodox answer would be to use hot glue or epoxy over the top of the connector to hold it in place, but I have aske some of our applications engineers to see if there is a more formal solution. Bianca Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 Hello, Unfortunately a better solution we don't have. I saw that if the device is held in one place and you have a rigid USB cord, the connector comes off the board. The red dots are supposed to keep it in place but they don't seem to do very much. The only advice I can give is to hold the connector when plugging and unplugging the USB and use flexible cords so that the USB connector won't be pulled out of the board.
