Hello,

I suppose the unorthodox answer would be to use hot glue or epoxy over the top of the connector to hold it in place, but I have aske some of our applications engineers to see if there is a more formal solution.

Thanks,

Hello,

Unfortunately a better solution we don't have. I saw that if the device is held in one place and you have a rigid USB cord, the connector comes off the board. The red dots are supposed to keep it in place but they don't seem to do very much. The only advice I can give is to hold the connector when plugging and unplugging the USB and use flexible cords so that the USB connector won't be pulled out of the board.

Regards,

Bianca
