PS2, HDMI connexion

hello everyone,

I'am using The Genesys circuit based on a Xilinx Virtex 5 LX50T, and am trying to create project in which I use PS2 Keyboard and HDMI connexions, but I can't plugin my PS2 keyboard or hdmi, then I am trying to use the demo project of the board but the same thing. Any help???????

Here is a link to the reference manual for the Genesys Virtex-5 https://reference.digilentinc.com/_media/genesys:genesys_rm.pdf. Number 14 and 14.1  in the manual describes the PS2 connection, where it is at on the board and keyboard usage.  but how I can set the PS2  power jumper to 5V ? , I have the Genesys virtex-5 board.
