We are using an FPGA filter project using the Nexys 4 model. Referring to the nexys4 schematic document (pdf file found on https://reference.digilentinc.com/_media/nexys:nexys4:nexys4_sch.pdf), on the last page (page 11), it says the resistance value is 0 but in fact it has a finite resistance. We would like to know a precise value for the surface mount resistor R254. Is this value different from one board to another?
