JTAG HS1 Serial Flash Utility

A customer on our website asked the following question:

Hi,
I'm using digilent JTAG-HS1 and yours "Serial Flash Utility" in order to burn SPI flash. this utility supports only 3 kind of formats (generic hex file, Intel hex file and bin file). I want to use S3 hex file (motorola hex file format with digilent. do you have any utility that does that? maybe you have dll file that i can use or updated sw utility?

Unfortunately, we only have the three different options available. One possible option would be to convert the S3 hex file to one of the three available file types. If you are interested in the function that reads the generic hex file, that function reads line by line eliminating white space and converting to binary.There also is no header with the generic Hex file as well.
