Atrix 100T not getting detected

Hey everyone,

I had purchased the Artix 100T and connected it with the laptop using USB connector. The board is getting powered up but not getting detected in any of the laptops. I previously also had worked with Artix 100T and was using it smoothly by using the usb cable and it used to get detected as well. But the new board is not getting detected , is there anything that I can do?

I apologize for the delay.

Is the new Artix 100T board also using the same known working USB cable as the one you had previously used? (I can't quite ) I'm asking since some USB cables only provide power and not data connection. A way to check for this would be to look to see if when the board is connected to computer if it appears in the Device Manager (if using Windows) or if the board is detected via lsusb if on a Linux OS.
