Analog Discovery 2 not turning on or connecting.

Hello,

 

I have an analog discovery 2 device that i bought a couple months ago. I am having issue as it does not connect or turn on when USB is connected to the device. I would like to know what i can do to solve this? I believe the device is still under warranty, I would like to know how to get it claimed.

If you haven't already, I would recommend looking at the Analog Discovery 2 troubleshooting guide, https://forum.digilentinc.com/topic/35-analog-discovery-troubleshooting/, though it sounds like (I can't fully tell from your description) that it's not being detected at all by your computer or WaveForms; is this accurate?
