Capacitance Voltage measurements

Hi,

I’d like to carry out capacitance-voltage measurements using analog discovery. I’d need to apply small AC amplitude and sweep DC voltage within the range of + - 10 V. I’ve realized the DC sweep is limited with + - 5V for the beta version of waveforms. Is there anyway that I can increase this limit?

Hi @oshman1234,

Are you intending to provide that DC sweep via the Analog Discovery 2?

If so, this is not possible to do because of the hardware design limitations. You can read more in it's Reference Manual here: https://digilent.com/reference/test-and-measurement/analog-discovery-2/reference-manual#waveform_generator. Digilent does not currently offer a test and measurement device that has a greater analog output range than this.
