What effectively would need to be done is that the FPGA on the Cmod would need to have a custom design that properly implements the necessary Adept firmware so that the DSPI API on the host computer could talk to that embedded firmware on the FPGA and then subsequently control the downstream peripheral, but Digilent does not have any designs that do this, nor are there any plans to create such a system.
