Zybo - USB3320

Hi,

I'm looking at the Zybo USB OTG Schematic and the USB3320 datasheet. I noticed that USB3320's REFCLK(USB_CLK_12M Net label is not connected another label) pin is not connected. I read in the datasheet that the refclk pin needs to be connected to the crystal. Can you explain why the REFCLK pin and the crystal are not connected?

Hi @Cristopher8,

The USB_CLK_12M line that is attached to the REFCLK pin on the USB3320 is sourced from a 12 MHz oscillator (a DSC1033CC1-12.000); this particular component is located on the "this page intentionally left blank" page of the Zybo Z7 schematic.
