Question about dgl_jtag_api.dll

Hi, there

I'm using USB JTAG cable and dgl_jtag_api.dll. Someone developed the code for ShiftIR/ShiftDR and I need to add the code for Test-Logic-Reset. How can i call the dll to put the TAP controller to Test-Logic-Reset state?  Where can I find  he api document for this dll?

I asked one of our design engineers more familiar with Digilent's Adept software but they were not familiar with this dgl_jtag_api.dll. I know it's not part of the current Adept system or SDK, https://reference.digilentinc.com/software/adept/start, and I don't believe it was part of the Adept 1.X system (the design engineer only remembered it having dpcomm.dll and dpcutil.dll). They also clarified that the newer Adept system does not have a tap level API and as far as they knew neither did Adept 1.X.

Where did you get this particular dll?
