Hi @rwbreslau,

Digilent hasn't worked directly with the Jupyter Notebook, so we don't have nice pre-existing materials for it, so the dedicated Pynq community, https://discuss.pynq.io/, may be better able to directly answer your question.

I took a look at the https://pynq.readthedocs.io/en/v2.2.1/ material but presuming that you are not wanting to just load a new pynq image to the SD card, I didn't see any section that would be directly of help to you.
