i'm trying to use PMOD AMP3 in standalone mode and a 5v power supply but cannot get it to work. Looking at the schematic, PVDD and DVDD are tied together by default and the schematic and module doc states that the module can be used at up to 5.5v but it is recommended to work at 3.3v. The SSM2518 datasheet tells that DVDD max voltage is 3.6v not 5.5V (5.5v max applies to PVDD) so using this PMOD with a 5v power supply is likely to damage the chip.
