I have a project with XCZU4. On board is the JTAG-SMT2-NC. I can connect through USB but cannot get the device to scan the JTAG bus for devices (TCK never toggles) If I connect an external JTAG-HS3 to the same JTAG bus it works fine and I can program my XCZU4. Any hints on why JTAG-SMT2-NC doesn't work?
