IBIS for JTAG-SMT2

Hi all,

I'm looking for an IBIS model or some sort of simulation model for the JTAG-SMT2. Please let me know if there is one available or something that I can use/reference for my SI simulations.

Since you provide neither the IBIS model nor the schematic for the JTAG-SMT2, can you describe the output driver configuration, like the source termination value if any and the trace length between the output driver and the SMT connector.  In addition, I would like to know the current strength as well as the rise and fall time of the driver.  These technical information should have been included in the datasheet.  So, do you even have a technical datasheet for the JTAG-SMT2?

Hi @CHONG,

I got some answers to your questions:

Output driver configuration -- push-pull drivers
source termination value -- No source termination
Trace length between the output driver and SMT connector:

Signal	length [mm]
TMSC	8.869848481
TDOC	24.731727984
TDIC	12.526955262
TCKC	5.510660172

current strength -- the signals are 24 mA drivers
rise and fall time -- we do not have this characterized

Hi @CHONG,

We do not have the characterizations, though I was provided the names of the onsemi ICs that each signal is driven from/goes into.

Quote

TCKC and TDIC are driven by NC7WZ126, TMSC is driven by NC7SZ126. TDOC goes into NC7SZ157
