Hello,

I have asked some of our applications engineers about this; they will get back to you on this thread on the Forum.

Thanks,

Hello,

The Adept Runtime installer contains the USB driver too. The Xilinx tools (ISE, Vivado) installation contains the Adept Runtime.

PS: this is the Instruments topic

Just to clarify/add to what attila said, the Adept Runtime installer (the install_digilent.exe inside of the ISE or Vivado installation) is able to run by itself without any internet access or needing the rest of the Xilinx tools. Alternatively, you can get Adept Runtime by downloading the Adept System and choosing just the Adept Runtime in the GUI that appears when you run the executable (in the case of Windows) or Adept Runtime (in the case of Linux) from the Adept 2 Resource Center here

In either case, you will need admin privileges in order to install it.

Thanks,
JColvin
