Signature of Waveforms 3.2.6 corrupt or invalid error

A customer on our website asked the following question:

I bought "Analog Discovery2", and downloaded "waveForms2015" from web site. But not avaiable because the message of "The signature of digilent.waveforms_v3.2.6.exe is corrupt or invalid". Please advice me how to make it avaiable.

I am personally not familiar with this error, but in terms of troubleshooting I would double-check that downloaded the correct form of Waveforms for my operating system and attempt to download the software a second time after removing the (apparently) corrupt version from my computer to ensure there was not an error mid-download. I have placed this question where the appropriate engineer most familiar will be able to see and add any additional details if necessary.

It's a problem from the windows system, probably he uses Internet Explorer. Give him a link of this thread or ask him to use another browser.

This is a strange issue. The downloaded installer is binary identical to the local copy. The local one gets installed without any problem and for the downloaded one Windows 10 reports to be corrupt.

The latest WaveForms 2015 v3.3.3 installs on Windows 10.

I have a similar error with 3.3.3 on arm linux:

dpkg-deb (Unterprozess): Archiv-Element wird dekomprimiert: interner gzip-Lesefehler: »<fd:4>: invalid literal/lengths set«

What am I doing wrong?

The digilent.waveforms_3.3.3_armhf.deb file seems to be corrupt.
It will be soon updated on the https://reference.digilentinc.com/waveforms3
