HS3 JTAG: disable SRST pin by software

Dear Support,

We have an application where we use a Xilinx Ultrascale+ and we use your HS3 JTAG device. We would like to forbid the use of SRST pin to people and we search for an alternate way to disable this pin or signal. Do you see any solution, either by software or in any driver or on the device itself or ...?

Hi @Dominique,

I am not aware of a way to disable the use of this pin and confirmed this is the case from another engineer much more familiar with the JTAG HS3.

My understanding is that particular pin is used by Xilinx software to reset the processor core during debug operations, so it's not one that can be easily gotten rid of.
