A customer on our website asked the following question:
Hi, I'm a PhD student studying at the University of Sheffield, UK.
I just have one question regarding the extension cable for interfacing the FPGA to the external circuitries.
I have struggled to find the exact specification of the 6-pin pmod extension cable, but eventually I couldn't find it. It's written on the cable that it has its maximum rating of 300V and of FT1 type, and that's it. What are the dimensions, the characteristic impedance of the cable, and the capacitance and inductance per inch?
I need those details for me to look into impedance matching requirements for driving the gate of the semiconductor device.
