Justine Alandy-dy Posted October 13, 2020 Share Posted October 13, 2020 Hello, I recently attempted to make a digilent account, but when I downloaded digilent, in the middle of uploading, it restarted my computer. Afterwards, I tried to re-download it but it gave me the error in the picture shown. How can I download it properly? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! JColvin Posted October 14, 2020 Share Posted October 14, 2020 Hi @Justine Alandy-dy, I'm surprised to see that it forcibily restarted your computer. When I get this particular error on my Windows machine, that usually means that the Digilent Agent is running in the background. I would recommend looking for it either in the System Tray (bottom right in the ^ menu) or in the Task Manager to forcibly close it before attempting to install it again. Let me know how this goes.
