shami0629 Posted September 15, 2020 Share Posted September 15, 2020 I have tried doing this on two separate macbook pros, one with USBc ports and one with USB ports, and the device does not show up in either laptop's system report. It seems that the device works because the LED lights flash whenever I connect it, but evidently nothing seems to happen after that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Do you happen to have access to a different OS to see if it's detected there (or a different USB cable in case the one currently being used is only intended for charging)?
