Artix Z7 board files

Hello all,

I am a new user and I recently received my Artix z7 20. I have a question about the board files. I installed the board files from Digilent website. But I do not see the external memory option and all the peripherals of the Artix Z7 board. I restarted Vivado and I also installed 2018 Vivado and 2020 Vivado. Both are having the same external memory missing and ethernet options missing.

This is the tutorial I am following  This video shows the instructor inserting external memory. i don't see that option.

 

I am really sorry if this is a basic question. I tried to troubleshoot it install and uninstall vivado several times trying to get this to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for helping.

I apologize for the delay.

The video you are watching is for Microblaze, where you need to add those components individually. Zynq based boards on the other end, automatically includes these as part of the Zynq block. Hello Mr. Colvin,

 

 I have another question. I have been trying this for a long time based on the vitis project link. But I am not able to get it to work. I am not able to find any other example project implemented in Vitis. After every time I hit program I see only the demo program being initialized and nothing gets printed out on the command line. I am sorry if this was answered in a previous thread. I have attached my project files. Also I am requesting the Digilent team if they can update all the example projects to Vitis from SDK that would be very helpful. Once again thanks a ton for your reply.
