Cora Z7-10 with Vitis

Hello,

I'm using the Cora z7-10 with Vivado / Vitis 2019.2 and Ubuntu 18.04. I just want to create the basic project "Hello world", all things seem to work fine, while trying to build, but I can't see the displayed message. I guess it will be a a simple problem to connect STDIO to the console ?

Any help would  be greatly appreciated

Hi @EricG,

I'm not certain what the issue might be in your situation; I presume you set the serial monitor to be at 115200 baud rate if you happened to follow our Vivado IPI Guide for Vivado 2019.2?

Yes, I set the serial monitor to be at 115200 baud rate.

Finally it works ! The issue was due to a a port access permissions.  I fixed it  with:  sudo gpasswd --add ${USER} dialout

The problem arise after a recent re-installation of Ubuntu ... How silly of me!
