create test bench file in c

please can anyone help me to know how can i create a test bench file in c of program c, i need it to create ip core in vivado hls.. i know how to create it from c to vhdl but from c to c how.

I would recommend taking a look at this Xilinx forum thread: https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/High-Level-Synthesis-HLS/Test-bench-file-for-C-in-Vivado-HLS/td-p/557462. There are updated versions of the manuals that they link to, but otherwise the principles used in the approach should be the same.
