JColvin Posted April 29, 2020 Share Posted April 29, 2020 Hi @sagar0077, When you say "communication happen between 2 pin of arty board" are you meaning a loopback setup where the Arty talks to itself via I2C? But to answer your question, it is definitely possible to implement I2C on a Pmod port. A number of our Pmods (Digilent Github link to Pmod IPs), such as the Pmod HYGRO use I2C. If you are looking to configure the pins manually, you will need to use the PULLTYPE parameter with the PULLUP option in your .xdc file (more details on how to do this on page 320 of UG912).
