Issue in running application from Vivado SDK 2017.2

I have Zybo Z7-20 board and I am having problem during run software from SDK (Vivado 2017.2). I have tried multiple different applications with different designs but all are ends up with same error:
no targets found with "name =~"APU*" && jtag_cable_name =~ "Digilent Zybo Z7 210351A8249BA"".

 1  DAP (JTAG port open error. AP transaction error, DAP status 30000021)
  2* xc7z020.

Please help me to solve this issue.
PS: I have all necessary board files for zybo-z7-20.

Hi @krupal,

I would recommend taking a look at this forum thread, https://forum.digilentinc.com/topic/18612-zybo-z7020-sdk-programming-issue/?sortby=date; they ran into the same error as you but were able to get it working by power cycling the FPGA.
