Device not recognized

I am trying to set up Digilent Waveforms on my Windows 10 machine. It does not recognize my Analog Discovery 2 device. I have tried reinstalling the USB driver as well as the Waveforms software, and have restarted my computer several times. This is what my device manager looks like. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions? Thanks :)

Hi @Lauren Mellecker

The 'device descriptor request failure' could indicate: USB cable or connector contact issue, or damaged USB controller.

Try using other USB cable and computer plug, inspect the soldering of the USB connector to the PCB.

I replaced the USB cable and it worked, thank you so much for your help!
