JColvin
Hi @Mr. Young, How are the switches oriented on the two oscilloscope channels? Are they both slid towards the MTE connectors or are they towards the BNC connectors? Thanks, JColvin

attila
Hi @Mr. Young Is the device working correctly with the default calibration? Does the oscilloscope display the signals correctly? Please test both differential and BNC inputs. The devices are calibrated during the manufacturing test process. You can restore the this calibration in the "Device Calibration" window, under the Reset menu, "Load factory". In the first step of oscilloscope calibration the inputs should be connected to the ground. In the second step both inputs connected to the AWG1. Have you connected both? The error you get indicates the channel 2 is not connected or the switching is not working correctly.
