SD card Image file generation from Petalinux

Question

I have generated the bit file from Vivado 18.2 which is installed in windows PC. Now I am trying to generate the SD card image boot file (.bin and .ub files) from petalinux 18.2 installed in a seperate linux PC. I have gone through the ug1144, but I am not able to figure out how to generate.

Please share the point wise steps.

its very urgent.

Thanks in advance.

@harish

1. Make sure bitstream is included in hdf file by checking include bitstream in Export  Hardware dialog

2. Copy .hdf file to your linux machine

3. Follow instructions on page 27 in ug1144 on how to import hardware (this assume you already have a petalinux project)

3.1 Make sure you provide path to the directory containing the the file not to the file itself.
