cpld programming fails with jtag-hs2

Question

I'm trying to program a cpld using a digilent jtag-hs2 and the Adept 2 software.  Adept recognizes the cpld as XC2C128, but when I try to write the .jed file, it just gives me the message "Programming Failed".  Is there any way to troubleshoot this issue?

A screen shot of the Adept software, as well as the .jed file, are attached.

Hi @mark_duke

The CPLD programming solution from Adept software is only tested for the CPLDs that Digilent uses in its products XC2C32A and XC2C256.

Please use Xilinx tools (iMpact) to program this XC2C128 chip.
