Digilent has a getting started with Vivado guide here as well as a tutorial for an initial project (though it is for Verilog). Otherwise, I would recommend looking at the fpga4fun website and the asic-world website as good resources for beginners. Otherwise, the most complete documentation will from Xilinx such as their own User Guide for Vivado. There isn't a one-stop shop for learning everything about FPGAs as there are a lot of materials any things to learn with FPGAs. The Nexys 4 DDR Resource Center has some materials as well.
