I'd recommend taking a look at this thread (in addition to the threads attila already linked) as well as the built-in documentation for the Impedance instrument within WaveForms, typically store on a Windows computer here: C:/Program Files (x86)/Digilent/WaveForms3/doc/index.html.

i have installed AD2 labview tools and waveform 3.10.9, i have searched all available functions in control and function pallets of labview but unable to find WF SDK FDwfAnalogImpedance.

are there any other tools i have to install to access WF SDK FDwfAnalogImpedance in labview?

Like: The VIs provide only a subset of features, the IA feature is supported in the WF SDK.
To access the WF library from LabView you should import shared library, C:/Windows/System32/dwf.dll
In the SDK you can find Python examples, that you can use as pseudo-code, see C:/Program Files (x86)/Digilent/WaveFormsSDK/
